Engraving

What can I have engraved?

Names, a date or a few words, depending on the piece. The detail is on the How to personalise your piece page.

How many characters can I engrave?

14 characters maximum per personalisation field, spaces and punctuation included. This limit is confirmed by the manufacturer and is the same on every engravable piece. The field stops at 14 characters, so you always see exactly what will be engraved.

Is the engraving made exactly as I type it?

Yes. Spelling, capitals and accents are reproduced as entered, so read your text back before confirming.

Can I change my engraving after ordering?

No. The engraving is permanent once it has been made.

Materials

What are the pieces made of?

Every piece is stainless steel: a material that does not rust, deform or tarnish.

Are they suitable for sensitive skin?

The manufacturer describes the bracelet as hypoallergenic. For the other pieces we have no documented statement, so we prefer not to claim one. If you have a known metal allergy, treat that as unconfirmed.

How do I look after my piece?

Wipe it with a soft dry cloth, keep it away from household products, and avoid anything abrasive on the engraving. The full detail is on the Caring for your jewellery page.
