Last updated: [TO COMPLETE — date]

Every piece is engraved to order. Delivery time therefore includes a preparation time, engraving included, followed by a transit time.

1. Countries, costs and delivery times

Free delivery: [TO COMPLETE — threshold and zones concerned, if any].

The delivery costs for your order are shown before you confirm payment.

2. How delivery times are counted

Times are counted from confirmation of payment. [TO COMPLETE — business days or calendar days.]

The delivery date or time stated when you order is binding on both you and us. If none is stated, delivery takes place no later than thirty days after the contract is formed (article L. 216-1 of the French Consumer Code).

3. Dispatch

Pieces are made, engraved and shipped by our partner suppliers from [TO VERIFY — country of dispatch]. Chrune remains your point of contact and is responsible for the proper performance of your order.

[TO VERIFY — An order with several items may be delivered in several parcels.]

Carrier(s): [TO COMPLETE]. Delivery method: [TO COMPLETE — home delivery, pick-up point, signature on delivery].

4. Order tracking

[TO VERIFY — A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as it is available.] For any question about your delivery, contact us through the Contact page and include your order number.

5. Late delivery

If your order is not delivered by the date or within the time stated, contact us. You can ask us in writing (for example by email) to deliver within a reasonable additional period. If delivery does not take place within that period, you can terminate the contract and be refunded all amounts paid no later than 14 days afterwards (articles L. 216-6 and L. 216-7 of the French Consumer Code).

6. Lost parcel

We bear the risk of loss or damage until you, or a third party you have designated, take physical possession of the parcel (article L. 216-4 of the French Consumer Code).

If your parcel has not arrived [TO COMPLETE — time after which a parcel can be declared lost] after the estimated delivery date, or if tracking shows it as lost, contact us. We open an investigation with the carrier and offer you, depending on your choice and the situation, a new shipment or a refund.

7. Damaged parcel

On receipt, check the condition of the parcel if possible. If there is visible damage, note it with the carrier where possible, take photos of the parcel, the label and the piece, then contact us. These steps make your claim easier to handle; they are not a condition of your statutory rights.

A piece damaged on arrival is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity: see the Returns and claims page.

8. Incorrect address or uncollected parcel

Check your delivery address before confirming your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately: the address can be changed until the parcel has been shipped. [TO COMPLETE — conditions.]

If the parcel is returned to us because the address entered when ordering was incorrect or incomplete, or because it was not collected within the carrier's time limit, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment. [TO COMPLETE — conditions and any reshipping costs.]

9. Import duties and taxes

[TO VERIFY — State whether customs duties, import VAT or clearance fees may be charged to the recipient depending on the country of dispatch and the delivery country, or whether these amounts are included in the price paid.]
