What can I have engraved?
Names, a date or a few words, depending on the piece, using letters A to Z without accents, numbers, spaces, full stops and slashes. The detail is on the How to personalize your piece page.
Can I change my engraving after ordering?
Yes, until your order has been sent for production: contact us as soon as possible at info@chrune.com. Once production has started, the engraving can no longer be changed.
Can I return my piece?
This piece is engraved with your text, so it is made to your specifications. Under article L. 221-28, 3° of the French Consumer Code, goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized are excluded from the right of withdrawal: it cannot be returned or refunded simply because you changed your mind.

How do I care for my piece?
